Return Policy:

Please note the “Return Policy” is in the official country language targeted which is “English”. If your language is different and you want to proceed with your own local language then the policy should be converted in your language for better understanding. However, the store “AwwBottles” is not liable/responsible for any misunderstanding due to change/conversion into a different language/or your own language, or lack of any understanding due to different languages than English. You can also request the store “AwwBottles” if your language is other than English, and you wish to know more about the policy in your own language (subject to company discretion).

Return

Every product that Awwbottles creates is handmade to order and, is fully customized according to the requirements of each customer, this makes each product different from another. Thus, handmade, and customized orders are not eligible for return. However, in case of a wrong/faulty order delivered you must communicate within 48 hours from the day you received our product from www.awwbottles.com.


In Case of Broke/Defective item.

If you receive a broken product/damaged product and it is due to shipping/in-transit damage, and it’s the company’s fault then the company will be liable to resend you the item you have originally ordered. In that case, only exchange is possible, and the customer cannot request a refund as it was not the company’s fault and it happened due to the carrier. However, the customer can still exchange the product with another item of the same price.

Products eligible for a replacement (subject to store “AwwBottles” discretion):

Only replacements are granted on the following condition(s) (if applicable)

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Also please note that apart from this, we only replace items if they are defective or damaged and the same is conveyed to us within 48 hours when received, with a picture of that damaged or broken product. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Please note this is only applicable within 48 hours of you receiving the product. The 48 hours is calculated from the time the tracking shows the product is delivered.

If the product is defective or is not what you ordered and the same is confirmed in our system and/or through the picture requested from you, then the company will resend you the product again, however, the refund is not applicable in this case, but you can still exchange the product with another product if you wish. Further, you will not be liable to pay any shipping cost due to our error. You must convey to us within 48 hours if you receive a defective item or received a wrong item at [email protected] with a picture and available information like the order number, your name, email, order confirmation email, customization confirmation, or any other information required by the company.

Information to be provided at the time of requesting replacement/exchange:

To complete your return, you must include the following in your email request to proceed with the return. It includes:

  1. Receipt or proof of purchase (Order confirmation email, order number, shipping number, shipping address, your name, or any required information by the company)
  2. Return/ Exchange request email should be from the same email you entered at the time of purchase

What if the return/exchange is approved:

Once your request is approved by our warehouse team, you will receive an email to confirm your address again and the company will resend you the product again or will partially refund you the amount to cover the losses.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received your refund then please check the following before contacting our support team (Please note we are always available for your assistance if needed so you can contact us without hesitation)

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company/bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  3. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected]. Our support team will get back to you ASAP.
